About VGS

Buy. Sell. Trade. Consign. Ship.

Founded in Montclair, California in 2023, VGS Variety Goods Store was built by collectors, for collectors — and for anyone cleaning out a collection, a closet, or a whole house.

We buy, sell, trade, and consign retro games, consoles, VHS tapes, and analog media, but we’re not limited to that. Vintage goods, electronics, collectibles, oddities — if it has a story or a next home, bring it in. If it’s interesting, collectible, vintage, or just plain cool, we want to see it.

Everything we sell is tested and graded honestly. Everything we buy gets a straight-shooting offer. And consignors get a real team of people working to get their pieces in front of the right buyers.

Knowledgeable. Straight-shooting. Collector-to-collector.

That’s how we do business — no hype, no vague grading, no games with pricing. Visit us in Montclair, CA or shop, sell, and consign with us online.
